Investigation of the Problems Experienced by Refugee Students in Integration into the Turkish Education System

In this study, Problems Experienced by Refugee Students in Integration to the Turkish Education System are discussed. Problems of Refugee Students' Integration to the Turkish Education System were examined as the problem of the research.
As a result of the literature review, it was determined that more than 60% of the immigrant students were enrolled, but the language problems of students in primary and secondary education institutions were intense. In addition to these problems, there are lack of material, social and psychological problems, and academic success problems. EU partnership and working in the Ministry of Education for the education of immigrant students in Turkey are conducted. MoNE (MEB) is working on the integration of immigrant students through education within the scope of the PIKTES project.
In the first part of the study, the subject, purpose and importance of the research are mentioned. In the second chapter, the concepts of migration, education and integration are discussed within the conceptual framework. In the third section, the method, model and data collection and analysis of the research are included. In the fourth section, the problems experienced in the integration of immigrant students into the Turkish Education System within the scope of the information obtained in the conceptual framework and the content obtained from the research data obtained from the studies on refugee students are discussed. In the last part of the study, evaluation, conclusion and suggestions are included.
