2010-2020 Yılları Arasında Eğitimin Sorunlarına İlişkin Yapılan Tezlerin İncelenmesi
Abstract
In order for the education system to reach its goals, it must adapt to the changes and innovation movements required by the age. In addition to the efforts of teachers, school administrators, students and parents, technological and physical equipment is also extremely important for the success of education. The education system has a dynamic structure that is constantly changing. This is due to the constantly changing characteristics of teachers, students, parents, social environment, information and communication technologies and teaching programs that make up the education system. For this reason, the education system renews and updates itself. There is a need to carry out enlightening researches for the determination and solution of the problems related to the education system. There are many scientific researches on the subject, and the problems are tried to be evaluated in various aspects. In this research, it is aimed to evaluate the theses made between 2010-2019 on the questions of education. In the research, literature review technique was used within the scanning model, which is one of the descriptive research methods. Study reports and studies related to the problems encountered in teaching lessons were not included in the research. In this context, 35 master's theses were included in the study. Sub-categories were created in the evaluation of the theses included in the research. These were determined as questions about the education system, problems for primary and secondary schools, problems for high school/secondary education, and problems for the education of foreign students. When the results obtained from the researches are evaluated in general, the problems of the migrating students, the insufficient physical conditions of the schools, the problems related to the inclusion students, the problems experienced by the students in foreign language, the inability to provide parent-school cooperation, the assignments and appointment processes in the schools remain in the shadow of politics, It has been concluded that there are problems such as quality problems of teachers and students, and that schools do not have sufficient budget.
