Abstract

This research examines the communication problems experienced by preschool teachers with administrators, the effects of these problems on professional motivation and quality of education, and suggested solutions. Communication problems generally arise from deficiencies in information sharing, inadequate feedback, lack of empathy, and conflict management problems. Failure of administrators to provide timely and sufficient information to teachers leads to uncertainties and loss of productivity in educational processes. Lack of empathy causes teachers to feel misunderstood and their motivation to work decreases. In addition, lack of feedback hinders teachers’ professional development and reduces their professional satisfaction. Inadequacies in conflict management damage institutional peace and negatively affect cooperation in the educational environment. The research reveals that communication problems negatively affect teachers’ professional commitment and job satisfaction. Strategies such as regular information sharing, establishment of open feedback mechanisms, development of empathy skills, and effective use of communication technologies are suggested for the solution of these problems. Regular meetings and open communication channels can strengthen the bond between teachers and administrators and make the educational process more effective. As a result, solving communication problems between preschool teachers and administrators will increase peace in the educational environment, strengthen teachers' work motivation and increase the quality of education. This study aims to contribute to the field of educational management at both theoretical and practical levels and to support preschool education to become more efficient and effective.
