Ortaokulda Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Uzaktan Eğitim Özyeterlikleri Üzerine Bir İnceleme
Abstract
Distance education has entered our lives thanks to compelling reasons and the conveniences it provides. Especially the Covid-19 pandemic has enabled this form of education to become widespread. During this period, students and teachers could not come together physically and receive face-to-face education. However, even in this difficult process, the importance of distance education has increased for the continuation of education and the development of society. One of the most important factors that determine the quality of distance education is teachers. It is of great importance for the quality of education that teachers feel competent by creating environments suitable for distance education. For this reason, it is important to determine teachers' distance education self-efficacy and investigate it in terms of various variables. This study aims to examine the self-efficacy levels of secondary school teachers in distance education in terms of various variables. In the research, a screening model was used to determine teachers' self-efficacy in distance education.
