Open Access Policy

International Journal of Original Educational Research is an open access journal. In this context, it has become a party to the Budapest Open Access Movement (BOAI). According to BOAI, Open Access is "the free availability of [peer-reviewed scientific literature] via the Internet, without financial, legal or technical barriers, to be freely accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, printed, scanned, linked to full texts, indexed, exported as data to software, and used for any lawful purpose". The sole power of restriction on reproduction and distribution, and the sole copyright role in this area, should be vested in authors, so that they have control over the integrity of their own work and can ensure that it is properly recognized and cited.
