Abstract

The main goal of this study is to evaluate the digital leadership abilities of school administrators and the digital literacy skills of teachers and to understand their individual innovation perceptions. It also aims to reveal the relationship between these variables. In addition, determining the impact of school administrators' digital leadership abilities and teachers' digital literacy skills on individual innovation is another focus of the research.

The digital leadership competencies of school administrators and the digital literacy skills of teachers can positively affect individual innovation levels. According to teachers' perceptions, school administrators with high levels of digital leadership and digital literacy skills can make a positive contribution to teachers' individual innovation potential. In this context, school administrators' digital leadership attitudes and the support and motivation they offer to teachers can enable teachers to improve their digital literacy competencies and therefore lead digital changes and transformations with innovative perspectives. Therefore, it is recommended that school administrators play a supportive role in this direction. Nowadays, rapid developments, especially in technology, have caused a radical change in information access. Today, rapid developments, especially in technology, have brought about a radical change in information access. While books were used as the main source of information in the past, the practice of accessing information through resource scanning that took days is now possible quickly and easily with the advancements in information technologies. This situation has caused our age to be called the information age. The new generation's familiarity with technology at an early age has made accessing information through voice-controlled technological devices a process that does not require literacy. This change has questioned the effectiveness of traditional learning methods. In this period when access to information becomes easier, it is important to acquire continuous learning skills in order to keep up with the needs of the age. One of the most important elements that guide students in acquiring these skills is teachers. This study examined the relationship between teachers' digital literacy skills and classroom management skills. The research was conducted using the survey model.
