Eğitim Sektöründe Hizmet Kalitesinin Analizi: Okul Öncesi Eğitim Açısından Bir Değerlendirme
Abstract
The quality of pre-school education; physical environment, teaching materials, qualifications of teachers and related personnel, number of children in the classroom, number of children per teacher, teacher-child interaction, applied programs, communication, etc. affected by factors. Early childhood educators and researchers say that providing education services in a well-organized environment with qualified teachers and staff supports children's early learning. From this point of view, this study was conducted by semi-structured interview method and feedback on the quality of a kindergarten teacher's early childhood education. He tries to clarify his thoughts on the study evaluation. The case study, which is one of the qualitative research types, was evaluated by using inductive content analysis technique in a kindergarten in the Central District of Nevşehir Province in the 2022-2023 academic year. As a result of this research on the quality of preschool education, quality is directly and indirectly related to the quality of teachers and the content of educational services, as well as the physical conditions, and the positive attitude habits that children want to develop.
