Okul Yöneticilerinin Liderlik Tarzlarının Öğretmenlerde İş Doyumu Ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Üzerindeki Etkilerinin Değerlendirilmesi
Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to examine the effects of school administrators' leadership styles on teachers' job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Document analysis method was used in the research. In this context, a total of 56 graduate thesis studies published on the subject at the YÖK National Thesis Center between 2013-2023 were examined. It was seen that 32 of the thesis studies examined in the study consisted of job satisfaction and 24 of them consisted of thesis studies on organizational commitment. According to the findings obtained from the graduate thesis studies, it was determined that the leadership styles exhibited by school administrators affected both job satisfaction and organizational commitment in teachers. In particular, it has been observed that authoritarian leadership style reduces job satisfaction and organizational commitment in teachers, while democratic, ethical, fatherly, servant, transformative and interactionist leadership styles increase job satisfaction and organizational commitment in teachers.
