Abstract
School administrators are the first persons responsible for the success of the schools, the aims of the establishment of the schools where the education continues on a continuous basis, and the management of the programs that will take place in the schools. School administrators are individuals who can be aware of developments, manage schools effectively, focus on change within the framework of objectives, manage the personnel in the school correctly, and integrate with the education system. Managers should be in a structure that can establish the right relationships with the educators they work with and apply these relationships with a learning focus. In particular, in order to achieve the goals of the managers, they should be in a structure that turns to leadership by disabling the traditional management approach. From the past to the present, the management profiles in schools have always been people who are respected and accepted by the organizations they are in. However, due to the fact that today's structure is open to innovations, it is expected that they will carry out their management in accordance with the understanding of leadership. Leaders should be people who can directly influence and direct the activities around them. The concept of leadership is in the position that is effective in today's schools and takes over the management. It is known that schools contain many concepts. Another phenomenon that comes to the forefront of these concepts is school climates. School climate consists of unwritten values, beliefs and attitudes. The effectiveness of the school is related to having a positive climate. In order to create the right climate in schools, school administrators must have leadership behaviors. The high level of understanding and morale in the school climate is treated in conjunction with the understanding of leadership. When the effect of the leadership styles of the school administrators on the school climate was examined in the study, it was found that the open climate was dominant in the schools.
