Yöneticilerin Örgütsel Demokrasi Özelliklerinin İş görenlerin Örgütsel Sinizm Davranışları Üzerindeki Etkisi
Abstract
The aim of this research is to investigate the effects of the democratic behaviors and sub-dimensions of the administrators in schools on the attitudes of teachers towards organizational cynicism. The population of the research consists of 214 teachers working in 6 different public and private schools in the Sancaktepe district of Istanbul. The sample of the study consisted of 141 randomly selected teachers working in these schools. At the end of the study, it was seen that there is a positive and significant relationship between Organizational Democracy and Organizational Cynicism. It was observed that Participation-Equality, Justice and Transparency in the sub-dimensions of Organizational Democracy did not affect organizational cynicism, but Equality had a significant relationship with Organizational cynicism.
