Abstract
Glass Ceiling Syndrome in Female Teachers
This study was conducted by using qualitative research method and interview technique in order to reveal the opinions of teachers about the glass ceiling syndrome. The study group of the research consists of teachers in Erbaaa district of Tokat province. The study group of this research consists of 15 teachers. Ask teachers their opinions about how your family roles affect your career as a manager; I had a hard time in terms of time, the thought of not being able to spend more time with my family, I am an administrator in the district where our home is located, I had to work in a small school, being both a mother and a wife is very difficult in management, every job in the evening is on our shoulders, long working hours caused me to spend less time with my family. They explain that my role in the family did not have any effect on my being a manager, either positively or negatively.
