Abstract
This study examines the impact of the lack of recess periods on the performance of preschoolteachers. Preschool teachers work intensively to meet the educational and care needs of children, often with out the opportunity for breaks. This continuous workload negatively affects their physical and mental health, thereby reducing teacher performance and overall educational quality. There search reveals that the absence of rest periods increases stres levels, decreases motivation, and exacerbate sfeelings of burnout among teachers. Additionally, there are observed declines in teachers' ability to manage classroom activities, communicate effectively with children, and handle classroom management. The findings emphasize the necessity of regular breaks for preschool teachers to work more efficiently and provide high-quality education. To address this issue, it is recommended that educational policies and school administrations implement regulations supporting regular rest periods for teachers.
