SINIF ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ÇOCUK HAKLARI KONUSUNDAKİ GÖRÜŞLERİ
Abstract
This research aims to determine the opinions of classroom teachers on children's rights. Children's rights are a basic requirement for every child to live a happy, healthy and safe life. It covers a wide range from access to education to health, from the right to play to freedom of expression. Protecting these rights is the most important step to be taken to raise conscious and sensitive individuals of the future. Classroom teachers have a lot of responsibilities here. A qualitative method was used to collect data in this research. The study group consisted of 10 classroom teachers. The research concluded that classroom teachers did not have much knowledge about children's rights, that children's rights should be developed and expanded, that children can have a better childhood thanks to children's rights, etc.
