Okul Yönetici Davranışlarının Okul İklimine Etkisine İlişkin Öğretmen Görüşleri

Abstract

The aim of this search is proved that teachers opinions about the effect of school administrators in primary, secondary, high school level on school atmosphere. For this reason researches and studying about this subject are scanned. The teachers are in primary and secondary level answer the interview form quiestions that are made with the half structured interview technique. Sample group is composed of eight primary teachers, five secondary teachers, five high school teachers. At the end of the research all findings are aralyzed. School atmosphere is explained to administrators behaviors. Solvings and advices are presented to make positive school atmosphere.
