Okul Öncesi Eğitim Kurumlarında Okul Yöneticilerinin Karşılaştığı Finansal Engeller
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to understand the process of preschool administrators coping with financial difficulties and to examine effective solutions to overcome these difficulties. By addressing issues such as the causes of financial obstacles, management of school budgets, resource diversification, fundraising strategies and government support, practical suggestions were presented to administrators in order to ensure that preschool educational institutions have a sustainable financial foundation. The document analysis method, which is among the qualitative research techniques, was applied in the research. The data of the research was created by examining 14 postgraduate theses and articles addressing the financial problems encountered by school administrators in preschool educational institutions between the years 2007-2023. The data obtained in this research was examined and evaluated by the researcher through descriptive analysis. As a result of the research, it was concluded that the most common problems encountered by preschool administrators are financial insufficiency, lack of support staff and negative attitudes of parents towards the school, etc.
