ÖĞRETMENLERİN AKADEMİK OKURYAZARLIK DÜZEYLERİ İLE İŞ DOYUMLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ
Abstract
In the study, the relational screening model was used to examine the relationship between the academic literacy behaviors exhibited by teachers and their job satisfaction levels according to the variables of age, gender, marital status, seniority, and educational background. The study group of the study was determined by the convenience sampling method. Convenience sampling is the creation of a research group by selecting from accessible and convenient places for the researcher. It is seen that there is no difference in terms of teachers' academic literacy, job satisfaction scores and gender, age, and marital status, and there is a significant difference between teachers' academic literacy scores and educational background and seniority. There is a positive medium relationship between teachers' academic literacy and job satisfaction scores.
