TAŞIMALI EĞİTİMDE YAŞANAN SORUNLAR VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ
Abstract
In this study, the opinions of teachers working in transportation education and the problems they encounter are examined, the positive and negative aspects of the application are revealed, the deficiencies are determined and suggestions are presented to increase the efficiency of the system. Among the biggest difficulties experienced in transportation services in transported education are the use of old vehicles and the insufficient level of awareness of the drivers. It has been observed that bus drivers do not sufficiently grasp the importance of their job and that security measures in the vehicles are inadequate. In this context, it is necessary to ensure that vehicles are appropriate and well-maintained, inspections are tightened and driver training is emphasized. It was also found that parents do not show enough interest in their children's education and do not make efforts to communicate with teachers. The problems encountered during lunch are that children sometimes do not like the food, inadequate portions and unfavorable cafeteria conditions. As solutions to these issues, it is suggested that cafeterias should be built, the quality and presentation of meals should be improved, and inspections should be tightened. Among the difficulties experienced in transportation center schools are the lack of cafeterias, lack of physical infrastructure, inadequate equipment and tools, and vehicles not arriving and departing on time. The physical conditions, equipment and staff strength of these schools should be increased and more comfortable transportation should be provided for transported students.
